Mary Grace is the Founder of Global WorX. Armed with a degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of the Philippines, she has spent two decades in HR — building recruiting functions, hiring for enterprise organizations, and placing talent from entry-level programmers all the way to VPs of Marketing and Finance Controllers.
After years of watching founders overpay for local hires and get burned by agencies that shuffled resumes instead of actually screening, she founded Global WorX to do things differently: human recruiters doing the judgement calls, AI handling the filtering, and structured testing validating the skills.
